Hibrew support is fast, very responsive and the quality of the product is great. When the water is warm, coffee is done in 2-3 min. Fedex shipping in just 6 days to Serbia, which was great. l paid only 8$. for customs, which is great. If l could give 10 stars, that would be my rate.
